If it’s outside business hours and urgent, email us, but also consider calling the 24/7 Australian Government healthdirect phone line (1800 022 222) to speak with a registered nurse to discuss your condition, who will give you advice on whether you should present to your local emergency department.
You can also contact the ward at the hospital where you underwent your procedure. A nurse will be able to discuss your condition with you and will contact Dr Hargreaves after-hours if necessary. You may be directed to contact your regular GP for support and ongoing management.
