For Referrers

We are happy to receive calls or emails from referring GPs, Specialists and allied health professionals to discuss a particular patient or answer your questions. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss something if required.

Types of Patients

We see the following types of patients, including:

Private patients (ie: private health insurance policy holders)
Public patients (ie: uninsured patients)
Self-funded patients (ie: uninsured patients willing to pay directly for their surgery to avoid the public wait list)
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) patients

Urgent Appointments

For anything urgent in nature, we recommend you contact our reception team directly so that we can appropriately triage the case and Dr Hargreaves can be contacted with urgency.
